I am a Sourcer on our Talent Acquisition team. A Sourcer you say? What does that mean?

No I am not a sorcerer like in Harry Potter, although I wish I had a magic wand. I source external candidates for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics critical business needs. This means I am consistently strategizing, networking, curating talent pipelines and advertising on social media so that Lockheed Martin Aeronautics can stay ahead of the competition when it comes to the war on talent. 

On my three day weekends, I love to play with our two dogs, go hiking, spending time in the kitchen cooking new recipes, and cheering on Kentucky Wildcats!
