Job Responsibilities
Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Shared Technical Services Agile Product Owner to lead the strategic direction and successful delivery for our 1LMX ERP - Tech Foundations team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our foundational ERP technical services (e.g., integrations, customizations, data management, upgrades, security patches, performance optimization) are robust, scalable, and align with enterprise objectives. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and backlog for these shared services, working closely with various business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to build team(s) to maximize value delivery in an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Vision & Roadmap:
o Define and articulate the strategic vision and roadmap for ERP shared technical services, aligning with overall IT and business strategies.
o Conduct ongoing research and analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP technical services to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
o Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and other product owners to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the broader application landscape.
- Backlog Management & Prioritization:
o Own, define, and prioritize the ERP Shared Technical Services backlog, ensuring it reflects business value, technical dependencies, and strategic priorities.
o Translate high-level business requirements and technical needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
o Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with the Agile development team(s) to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and readiness for sprint planning.
o Delivery, stability, & performance ownership for back office services being leveraged across 1LMX ERP
· Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
o Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., functional ERP leads, business process owners, IT leadership) and the technical delivery teams.
o Proactively gather and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders, resolving conflicts and building consensus.
o Communicate progress, impediments, and key decisions to stakeholders regularly and transparently.
· Agile Leadership & Team Support:
o Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to provide guidance, clarification, and remove roadblocks for the team.
o Ensure the team understands the product vision, goals, and user needs, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
o Champion Agile principles and practices within the team and across the organization.
· Technical Understanding & Oversight:
o Possess a strong understanding of ERP technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, and common technical challenges.
o Work closely with technical leads and architects to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and maintainable.
o Oversee the quality and successful delivery of shared technical services, ensuring they meet defined performance, security, and reliability standards.
· Vendor Management (as applicable):
o Collaborate with external vendors and partners (i.e. SAP NS2) for specialized technical services, ensuring their deliverables align with the product roadmap and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
o US Citizenship is required for this role
o Strong background as an AGILE Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.
o Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor) in a technical or functional capacity.
o Demonstrated success in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering value through iterative development.
o Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications / features / stories.
o Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
o Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
o Proven experience managing shared technical services (e.g., printing services, job scheduling services, ALM tools, etc.) or platform-level products (e.g., SAP BTP) within a complex IT landscape.
o SAFE AGILE Product Owner or equivalent certification preferred.
o Strong understanding of ERP technical components (e.g., integrations/APIs, customizations, reporting tools, data migration).
o Knowledge of JIRA workload and project tracking software tools.
o Knowledge of cloud-based ERP environments and SaaS models is a plus.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
o Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
o Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $141,300 - $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
