Description:

You will be an Electrical Engineer supporting rocket system production efforts in Camden, AR. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful production of rocket systems, and you will play a critical role in providing electrical engineering expertise and support.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with other electrical engineers to investigate and resolve electrical/electronic production failures, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. You will also perform independent troubleshooting on electrical/electronic systems, interpret and understand performance requirements related to system design, and work closely with cross-functional teams to address integration and interface challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with electrical engineers to investigate and resolve electrical/electronic production failures
• Performing independent troubleshooting on electrical/electronic systems
• Interpreting and understanding performance requirements related to system design
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to address integration and interface challenges
• Providing technical support and expertise to engineering activities
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including test failure reports and troubleshooting procedures
• Evaluating and providing technical input on components, equipment, and systems

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in electrical/electronic environments related to cable and harness, board fabrication, or maintenance of military design product.
- Experienced in applying principles of basic electronics circuitry
- Experience with interpreting electrical schematics, describing circuit theory and operation
- Experience working on electronic circuitry designed from engineering documentation
- Experience with utilizing software tools and Microsoft products
Desired Skills:
- Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience communicating issues (both verbal and written) with the design and/or the process requirements to management and or engineers.
- Solder certification to J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721
- Experience using test equipment such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multi-Meter, Spectrum Analyzer, and Benchtop power supplies
- Experience with troubleshooting electronic circuits at the component level
- Experience interpreting and building to Lockheed Martin Test Equipment engineering
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
