Description:
You will be the Financial Management Manager for our finance team. Our team is responsible for performing multiple financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, and program finance, to drive business growth and informed decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and risks
• Developing and implementing financial strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Consolidating financial results and preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for internal and external customers
• Maintaining compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and controls
• Providing subject matter expertise support to proposal development and negotiations

Basic Qualifications:
The candidate shall possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline and have demonstrated success as a leader.
The candidate shall have direct and indirect budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience, as well as experience working with Finance and Business Operations Functions. Relevant experience in multiple business functions, such as Program Finance, Financial Reporting, Capital Management, Contracts, and Overheads.
The candidate should also have experience interacting across functions and with multiple internal and external customers.
The candidate shall have strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills with demonstrated business acumen in prior roles.
The candidate shall be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills:
10+ years of experience with a strong track record of leading teams and driving results
Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated and process-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, database tools, and Lockheed Martin financial systems (SAP and EFS)
Strong problem-solving skills with a innovative mindset and working knowledge of Program Finance concepts (EACs, Long Range Planning, etc.)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
