"In this role you will: • Direct all phases of program management from inception through completion.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to coordinate the preparation of proposals.
•Act as a primary liasion with customer for all program activities including; cost, schedule, technical performance and program review sessions.
• Identify program problems and establish results, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications as needed."

WHO YOU ARE

As part of the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team, the selected candidate will perform Earned Value Management (EVM) Lead duties for one of our Task Order's (TO1, TO2, TO3, or Legacy/Global) on the Next Contract. Duties to include overall Task Order EVM leadership, execution of business rhythm, support to CAMs, support for deliverables, lead/facilitation of EV reviews, and leading preparation and execution of audits.
• Overall TO EVM Lead and responsible for executing business rhythm, leading EV activities, and ensuring compliance to EVM process and policies
• Primary interface to Program Managers, Planning, and Finance for TO EV. Lead all CAMs and provide coaching as necessary to ensure quality baseline, status, and artifacts
• Responsible to have an understanding of all TO CAs/WPs, IMS tasks, and latest status. Ensure CEI metric is managed monthly and work towards metric improvement.
• Lead TO CAMs and enforce weekly/monthly activities. Ensure timeliness and completeness of all CAM inputs (status, VARs, ECRs, DDM metrics, and other data).
• Manage EAC activities including CEACs, and ensure CAMs are entering accurate ETCs.
• Support baselining activities including BCRs, baselining, rolling wave, and agile iteration planning for decomposition of planning packages. Support BCR meetings for monthly approvals and ensure applicable iWADs and eWADs are completed and signed off in time.
• Review monthly status to ensure data accuracy and work with CAMs for any updates required.
• Review VARs & EAC justifications to ensure compliance and CAM inputs are correctly populated with the proper analysis required behind the explanations prior to and during Program VAR and EAC Reviews.
• Support and provide inputs to EVM contract deliverable IPMDAR.
• Lead monthly DDM metric statusing and ensuring accuracy of justifications. Work towards improvements such that DDM trips are reduced.
• Track and status TO GFX items in tracking sheet and ensure tracing to IMS
• Lead and support EVM audits (i.e. IBRs, DCMA audits, etc…), collection of required artifacts, and tracking through closure of action items
• Provide inputs to PMR EV charts and monthly PMM inputs

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Earned Value Management and a certified Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Understanding of LM's monthly EV business rhythm and required coordination with functional organizations for variance reporting, program status updates and CDRL deliverables.
• Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data. Possesses highly effective writing skills, strong analytic capability, experience in the creation and use of spreadsheet tools, and the ability to develop quality PowerPoint presentations from program data.
• Must be detail oriented, possess strong communication and leadership skills and be capable of seamlessly integrating into a cohesive team-oriented environment.
• A secret clearance is required for this role prior to start
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience as a member of a Program Management, Planning, or Finance team
• Experience as a CAM for successfully managing multiple control accounts with a high dollar value
• Experience participating in EV compliance activities (i.e. audits, compliance reviews)
• Experience working with and/or across different functions (planning, finance, engineering, etc…)
• Understanding of EVM compliance based on LM processes and policies
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
