Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for Property Management control activities and related disciplines to ensure continual accountability, control, use and stewardship of Government and Company owned property (assets) in accordance with Government regulatory polices (i.e. FAR 52.245-1), associated contractual requirements for major Agency Programs Corporate Policy and LM Space Property Procedures.
Responsible for creating property (asset) records in the Property Business System of Record, tag asset(s) for identification at receipt or when identified for both Government Program and Company owned property.
Provide guidance, property technical direction, and interpretation concerning property policies, government and company regulations, directives, and site instructions related to the overseeing of both Government and Company owned property.
Responsible for providing property management compliance and oversite for LM SPACE assets located at the Courtland facility and alternate sites.
Generate and distribute program property screening reports for excess property and process (as directed) the disposal of property in accordance with governing processes and procedures.
Maintain records in the Property Business Systems database to include location, physical inventory, system status, identification, establishing property records, closing records and any other FAR 52.245-1 and/or LM Property Procedure compliance requirements.
Work closely as a liaison and provide Property Management support to the site Program personnel and Property Custodian(s) in overseeing the accountability and control of Government property, such as, but not limited to property record accuracy, monthly record location verifications, physical inventories, disposition activities, etc.
Conduct annual Government and Company property utilization reviews, track asset retention requirements and report results.
Responsible for tracking asset calibration and maintenance compliance requirements.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of storage operations, including organizing storage space, managing space capacity levels, determine product handling; determine protective packaging for items in storage and storage requirements and equipment utilization.
Manage program tool crib.
Conduct physical inventories, track progress, reconcile data discrepancies and report results at completion for both Government and Company owned property.
Provides Property Management technical guidance and interpretation of contract language as it relates to property requirements.
Support Property Program Contract Closeout efforts and property related matters, pre and post contract award, to identify risks, unique contractual requirements and support during contract performance and applicable closeout activities.
Support both internal and external audits (i.e., DCMA Government, DCAA, Internal LM Mission Success, AS9100), as required.
Generate shipping documents for movement of assets between Lockheed Martin or alternate sites and update property record(s) to ensure record accuracy.
Generate, report, and maintain metrics for measurement and sustainment and provide to management as required, or when requested.
Support disposal efforts of both Government and Company owned property in accordance with Government, Contractual and LM Property processes and procedures.
Process internal loss reports, as required.
Support other functions as related to contractual and Property Management compliance matters, as directed or required.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have warehousing/storage operations experience.
Must have familiarity and understanding of FAR 52.245-1
Government Property Regulatory Requirements.
Must be able to obtain at a minimum a Secret Level
Security Clearance.
Must be a United States Citizen.
Effective communication and writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Familiar with ERP/SAP applications.
Familiar with DoD Agency Contract(s).
Ability to operate motorized equipment, without restrictions.
Excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to integrate into numerous functional areas, as required or requested.

Familiar with Government Database Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
