Description:What You Will Be Doing:

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics has embarked on a digital transformational journey that will dramatically change how work is performed through the implementation of an interconnected environment where data becomes information and information drives decisions that create value across the program and product lifecycles. The Aeronautics Sustainment Field Operations (FO) team is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of FO Digital Transformation (DT) Integrator. As a member of the Sustainment FO DT team, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but are not limited to:
(1) Supporting the development of cross-functional and digitally transformed business processes
(2) Facilitating the development of business process requirements, change impact, and deployment plans across the Sustainment Capability Directorates
(3) Collaborating with Functional Process and Product Owners to manage process dependencies and drive integration decisions
(4) Coordinating with Aero Design-to-Sustain Product Owner to identify and ensure synergy with FO Detailed Roadmap
(5) Contributing to Sustainment Organizational Change Management process
(6) Tracking and communicating status of FO DT projects to leadership; and
(7) Deploying new technologies to the field.
Most importantly, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, willing and able to work on highly complex and challenging problems, self-motivated, with strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills.
(8) 10% travel required domestically and internationally

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to successfully organize and lead projects. Understanding of sustainment life cycle process
• Experience in Program/Project Management or related field (such as integrated planning)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Planning, Program Management, Information Systems, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (US citizenship required).
Desired Skills:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar experience preferred
• Strong prioritization skills: ability to focus on what drives the most value
• Experienced with Microsoft Project
• Experience with Agile methodologies (scrum master, product owner, or agile team member) and/or using various collaboration and communication tools such as confluence, Tableau, and JIRA
• Experience in briefing and interfacing with senior level management and customers
• Knowledge of planning processes including critical paths analysis, risks, and Earned Value implementation from a planning perspective
• Ability to use methods and tools for quantitatively analyzing decisions under uncertainty and/or multiple conflicting objectives (Methods may include Trade Studies, Value Engineering, Alternative Analysis, etc.).
• Experience working with US Military
• Demonstrated background proofs-of-concept and prototypes to demonstrate value for new integration opportunities & projects
• Demonstrated understanding of Cyber Security requirements and the steps needed to get new processes, tools, and users into the production environment
• Self-starter
• Active Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
