What You Will Be Doing
As the Field Sales Support Systems Engineering Associate Manager, you will lead a high-performing team that provides critical technical data support for the F-35 Joint Technical Data (JTD) program. Your leadership will ensure that all technical publications are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time to support mission readiness. This role blends people leadership, program management, and customer engagement, giving you the opportunity to influence both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges, drive process improvements, and deliver exceptional results in support of one of the most advanced aircraft platforms in the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the F-35 JTD Publication Support team, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of technical publications.

- Oversee publication validation, PAIR review/coordination, AR support, and JTD metrics reporting.

- Manage contracts and budgets through CAM responsibilities, ensuring program and financial performance.

- Make personnel and workload assignments, conduct performance reviews, and oversee training/development.

- Collaborate with customers to identify system needs and provide tailored technical solutions.

- Conduct feasibility and performance studies, capacity planning, and system configuration recommendations.

- Support post-installation technical consulting and resolve software-related issues.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in collaborative
environment

• Experience working collaboratively for problem
solving and technical writing skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, as
well as performing conflict resolutions

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Aircraft Maintenance experience
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge and understanding of F-35 Joint

procedures
• Hands on F-35 Aircraft Maintenance experience
• Experience using the Earned Value
Management System (EVMS) methodology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• This facility requires special access therefore,
you must be a US Citizen

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
