You will be the Global Supply Chain Training Project Manager for the Missiles & Fire Control Global Supply Chain Workforce Development Team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our global supply chain workforce.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Training Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the achievement of our team's objectives by designing and delivering effective training solutions. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our training programs, facilitating courses, and supporting our instructors.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and maintaining websites
• Facilitating Supply Chain Academy Courses
• Monitoring training classes and providing instructor support
• Developing and delivering standardized role-based supply chain training material
• Creating Self-Study Training Videos
• Managing the MicroLearning Library
• Managing Course Evaluation Data
• Maintaining role-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Serving as an ongoing resource for the workforce

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to develop training programs (curricula) and provide training to individuals/teams/groups of people
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Suite
• Organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Problem solving skills
• Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Able to work with all levels of management
• Ability and willingness to travel (est.10%)
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with acquisition policies and procedures such as Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), DoD acquisition policies and requirements for FAR / DFAR
• Lean Six Sigma green belt trained and certified
• Experienced in performing Training Gap Analyses
• Experienced at Training personnel and using various training mediums to deliver training.
• Proficient at developing dynamic PowerPoint Trainings
• Tech Savvy / Experienced in website design, development, and maintenance
• Cross-functional knowledge of program roles including Engineering, Supplier Quality, Production Operations and Finance as they relate to the supply chain
• Supply Chain experience in subcontract management, component and associated complex assemblies, and equipment purchases within Defense or Aerospace industries

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Employee will be expected to come into the office per business needs and meetings and to travel occasionally as requested by manager. Employee should be flexible should ratio of telework to working onsite change in the future.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
