Description:
You will be the Multi Functional Finance Mgr for the E&T Finance Line of Business. Our team is responsible for delivering financial leadership across Advanced Programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi Functional Finance Mgr you will be responsible for guiding finance operations, overseeing budgets, and driving earned value management for multiple program lines.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the Line of Business team, mentoring analysts and managing performance reviews.
- Develop, track, and analyze budgets, workforce plans, and earned value metrics.
- Coordinate Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Liaise with program managers, directors, chief engineers, and LOB VPs to ensure seamless information flow.
- Support sales forecasts, capital planning, and business case development across program directorates.

Basic Qualifications:
Program team leadership skills
Experience with multiple colors of money (Direct, NBF, Overhead, etc.)
EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, and presentation skills
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
Interest in Technical details as position supports Engineering & Technology.
Microsoft office suite skills with emphasis on Excel pivot tables, Word & Powerpoint.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of E&T Finance business rhythms, including workforce planning forecasting and management.
Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration.
Supported E&T from a business aspect. Experience managing subordinates. Practiced Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
AI basic knowledge and utilization
Basic knowledge of VEMO (Workforce planning tool)
Dashboard visualization, creation and utilization.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
