Description:

You will be the PrSM Increment 1 Transition to Production (T2P) LSE Analyst for the PrSM Program Management Office. Our team drives the seamless hand off of advanced launch system manufacturing (LSE) capabilities from development into full rate production, delivering schedules, cost targets, and risk reduction initiatives across the entire program.



What You Will Be Doing
As the LSE Analyst you will rotate through 18–24 months, supporting the LSE Proposal Lead, the PrSM Production Director, and the Senior Program Manager. You’ll act as a trusted partner to engineering, production, quality, contracts, finance, and other functional areas, providing the analytical and coordination backbone that keeps the T2P effort on track.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Partner with the LSE Proposal Lead to develop and update Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for all T2P proposals involving LSE scope.
• Track and report progress of LSE deliverables across disciplines, ensuring schedule integrity and data accuracy.
• Assist in planning and executing PrSM T2P/Production meetings, tooling schedules, second source strategies, and affordability/Cost Reduction initiatives (including additive manufacturing).
• Serve as the liaison between the program office and functional groups—Engineering, Production Planning & Control, Operations, Quality, Contracts, and Finance—facilitating information flow and decision support.
• Maintain key contractual documents such as the PrSM Program Plans and update program office work packages.
• Analyze weekly manpower reports and other financial data to provide insight into cost and resource trends.
• Support the Production Risk System: identify, log, and help mitigate program risks; manage risk tooling and data repositories.
• Contribute to special projects and coordinate Program Management Reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared and aligned.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
General understanding of Control Account Management (CAM) Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and procedures
Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups
Ability to work successfully across functional groups and with customers (internal and external)
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Control Account Manager (CAM) certified. Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) / Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies and analysis.
Project management skillsets including: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen
Knowledge of the LSE disciplines
Precision Fires program knowledge
Familiarity with Tableau, Collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint), Scheduling Tools (MS Project, Open Plan).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
