Job Responsibilities
Description:You will be a Senior Sourcing Strategist at Lockheed Martin, responsible for attracting highly skilled technical talent and shaping our future efforts to find and engage passive candidates. You will join a fast-paced, dynamic Talent Acquisition team that experiments with new technologies and drives business decisions with data, and we are looking for a seasoned and savvy Senior Sourcing Strategist to join our team. What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Sourcing Strategist at Lockheed Martin, you will have ample opportunity to contribute to the community and grow your skill set. Our team members receive support with tools training, talent engagement methods, competitive intelligence, enriched candidate lead lists, and talent mapping.
In addition to daily talent discovery, our Sourcing Strategists are also on point for deep dive strategies for medium and long-term hiring solutions to include CRM-driven drip marketing, hiring event sourcing support, virtual career event management, and supplemental active candidate pre-screening in support of active requisitions managed by partnered recruiters.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization. This is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where the ability to effectively manage multiple customers and competing priorities will deliver successful results.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Utilization of CRM for all candidate pipelining and outreach efforts.
• Heavy partnership with Recruiting teams to ensure sourced candidates are aligned to current business needs, and tracked to requisitions.
• Source potential and passive external candidates through social media, internet sourcing, direct outreach, and relationship building.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of roles and functions to identify candidates with the best fit.
• Push boundaries and develop new approaches for finding and attracting passive candidates.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies that fit and flex with dynamic and evolving business priorities.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to work on an Agile team
• Influence the business on sourcing strategy using knowledge of the external market, competitor intelligence, and experimentation with new tools and technology.
• Create robust slates by sourcing and recruiting nationwide using applicable tools (e.g., CRM tools, social media campaigns, hiring events, etc.) to find the best talent that meets business needs.
• Participate in planning for and supporting virtual and in-person hiring events for Early Career, Hourly, and Experienced Professional Recruiting Teams.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience using complex CRM and ATS systems like Avature, Kenexa BrassRing, iCIMS, Taleo, Salesforce, SuccessFactors or other similar system
• Demonstrated experience with talent acquisition sourcing and recruiting skills (job requirements gathering, technical sourcing, social media, phone screening, email campaigns, creative outreach, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality pipelines of candidates
• Experience with creating sourcing strategies, tracking, and managing candidates throughout lifecycle of applicant to hire
• Experience with Boolean and other deep source sourcing techniques
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to prepare, execute, and deliver executive presentations
• Experience sourcing candidates for technical engineering, manufacturing and production related positions in aerospace and defense
• Experience sourcing candidates for positions requiring security clearances
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
• Strong decision making, judgement, oral and written communication
• AIRS or HCI certification(s)

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
