Job Responsibilities
Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-impact roles across engineering, technology, cybersecurity, operations, and cleared government programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, partners closely with hiring and business leaders, and leverages analytics and market insights to deliver top talent aligned with strategic priorities.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence talent acquisition strategy, participate in workforce planning, and ensure compliance with federal and corporate hiring standards. This is a hands-on role requiring proactive sourcing, strong business acumen, and a metrics-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and cleared positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast staffing needs, build requisition strategies, and provide consultative support
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Brass Ring, ClearanceJobs, Boolean searches, etc.)
• Analyze and interpret recruiting data to inform and influence hiring strategy; leverage insights to:
• Optimize sourcing channels and outreach efforts
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring process
• Improve offer acceptance rates and time-to-fill metrics
• Align recruiting activity with workforce planning and business objectives
• Translate data into actionable recruiting plans, presenting trends and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership
• Conduct proactive talent pipelining and maintain a steady bench of pre-qualified candidates
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, OFCCP/EEO regulations, and federal contract labor category requirements
• Promote a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our employer brand
• Continuously refine recruiting approaches based on talent availability, labor market trends, and business goals
• Utilize and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate CRM platforms for tracking, scheduling, and pipeline reporting
Success Measures:
• Consistently meets or exceeds recruiting KPIs across multiple functions and requisitions
• Delivers quality hires aligned to key business priorities and program deadlines
• Builds and maintains strong hiring manager relationships based on trust, speed, and strategic value
• Demonstrates agility and innovation in sourcing hard-to-fill roles in competitive or cleared markets
• Provides actionable talent intelligence to influence hiring and workforce planning strategies
This position requires special access. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within aerospace, defense, or technology
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for technical and/or cleared roles (e.g., engineers, cyber, systems, logistics, PMs)
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms
• Demonstrated success building relationships with hiring teams, HR leaders, and cross-functional partners
• U.S. Citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting DoD clients with active Secret, Top Secret, or SCI-level clearances
• Certifications such as AIRS CIR/PRC, SHRM-CP, or PHR
• Familiarity with workforce planning or talent forecasting tools

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
