Job Responsibilities
Description:Current Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI access.
The Security Information Systems Analyst performs a variety of activities on security systems. The activities ensure compliance with applicable LM policies and US Government secure facility design requirements in CFR 117, ICD 705, and applicable UFC guides and system. The Security Information Systems Analyst Staff performs a variety of activities on information systems utilized in the Security organization. To include data extraction and report generation. Requires proficiency in physical security systems applications for video surveillance, security alarms, access control systems. Provides definitive security system requirements for proprietary areas, and system level requirements for classified program areas in conjunction with the Physical Security and Accreditation Branch for their application. Recommends and assists in the development and enforcement of LM Space enterprise standards for these systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Performs support for the Technical Security group to include oversight of the administration of the access control, alarm and video surveillance systems used across the enterprise and all systems utilized in the UL CRZM Security Operations Center
- Write scripts to pull data from our information and security systems and develop reports.
- Responsible for compliance and reliable functioning of all systems that support security operations throughout assigned facilities. System administrator for Lenel Access Control, DMP Intrusion Alarm system, Bold Manitou Alarm Monitoring system, Site Video Surveillance system from ExacqVision. Works with Plant Protection management and SOC operators to ensure that SOC operations and systems comply with UL2050 requirements.
- Oversee UL compliance with any applicable UL requirements.
- Provides oversight on contract security operations and coordinates with the security team, facilities and leadership to enforce contractual requirements.
- Investigates and recommends solutions for any system modernization projects and project manage any implementations.
- Coordinate and prepare necessary documentation, such as statements of work, needed for service, maintenance and upgrades with Facilities, IT, Finance, and Procurement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
- Experience in security access control system administration.
- Experience with security alarm system administration.
- Experience working with system administration of various supporting systems utilized by a security operations center.
Desired Skills:
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with security-related work experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL server databases or similar databases and a scripting language.
- Understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering technical security provisions of the ICD, NISPOM, DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals and UL related specifications.
- Experience working with DMP alarm system and Lenel Onguard access control\\alarm system.
- Experience working with a central station alarm monitoring system or physical security information system (PSIM) such as Bold manitou PSIM.
- Experience working with statements of work and quote evaluations.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and T-SQL and\\or Tableau reporting services.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Integration Services.
- Experience working with Microsoft Visio Studio development environment and Azure configuration management tools.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
