Job Responsibilities
Description:Embark on an exciting career with Lockheed Martin's Global Financial Services team, where you'll play a pivotal role in planning, developing and leading change management through people, process and technology optimization. This leadership role will be responsible for leading and implementing change management initiatives across the organization. This includes developing and executing change management strategies, plans, and tactics to support business transformation, process improvements, and technology implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your first assignment will be to lead change management of Payroll Finance processes in the hire to retire life cycle, reporting to our Senior Manager, Payroll Transformation, and partner cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and modernization of our innovative enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) program comprised of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support business initiatives and projects
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop strategies to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Collaborate with project teams across IT, HR, and others to integrate change management into project plans and ensure that change management activities are aligned with 1LMX project timelines and milestones
Develop and deliver training programs, including using a persona based approach, to support change initiatives and ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes
Monitor and report on change management metrics and progress, and make recommendations for improvement
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives, to ensure that change management initiatives are supported and effective
Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives, and develop strategies to address resistance to change
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve change management processes and practices
Upon successful implementation of the HCM program (expected August 2026), you will continue to lead change management within Global Financial Services, as part of our multi-year 1LMX people, process and technology transformation.

This role is scoped on a 4X10 schedule, and is also a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, although preference is for candidates in close proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing change management initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Experience with change management methodologies and tools
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
US Citizenship is required for this role

Ability to build relationships quickly and conceptualize the end user needs
Continuous Improvement experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
