Description:As the offsite Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple high-performance cross-functional teams that work directly with end users/customers to provide worldwide operational capabilities. Specifically, you will lead and develop a team including Pilots, Field Engineers, Flight Engineers, Logisticians, and Security Personnel to sustain operations in a globally changing environment. Teams managed will be geographically dispersed around the world. As the senior O&M interface with end user leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring contract execution and furthering business growth opportunities by finding creative solutions to customer needs. Additionally, you will manage the O&M field budget, to include directing all support elements related to cost, schedule, technical and operational performance. Will coordinate with Business Manager and relevant leads for the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Must have a deep and broad understanding of O&M disciplines, successful track record of operational experience, exemplary leadership/management skills and outstanding organizational and communications skills.

**Must have a TS clearance adjudicated in the last 6 years**
Basic Qualifications:
- Customer, end user and employee relationship management
- Experience leading and growing large cross-functional teams
- Program Management experience with fielded ISR and/or UAS air systems
- Experience leading an organization with multiple geographically separated operational sites
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
- Active Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- 10+ years of positive customer, end user and employee relationship management
- 10+ years leading and growing cross-functional teams of 50+ members
- 10+ years Program Management experience with fielded ISR and/or UAS air systems-
- 5+ years Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
Experience resolving conflict and working closely with HR, Ethics and Legal (if required)
- Previously held formal leadership position(s) that interact with mid to upper level government representative(s)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
