Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
The Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) market segment supports the development, production, delivery, and aftermarket support of all TPY-4, FPS-117, TPS-77, and MRR radar systems. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage domestic and international radar programs from contract award through system sell off and aftermarket support.
• This role has P&L responsibility for delivering on all contractual and financial commitments. The program manager will also work closely with business development to grow the overall portfolio and ensure that customer expectations are met.
• The program manager will work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure programs are executable and with other sustainment program managers to ensure alignment across the wide customer base.
• The position will require a broad interface with multiple disciplines including capture management, business development, global sustainment, engineering, supply chain, operations, fleet management, field service representatives, logistics support, and technical publications.
• Relationship building skills are essential for this role and the ability to build strong relationships across various cultural boundaries will be critical to success.
• The ability to manage complex, projects with multiple inter-dependencies is also required.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with personnel / customers ranging from inexperienced employees thorough General or Executive Leadership level and demonstrate strong customer relationships at every level.

THE WORK
The Program Manager for the Product Line is responsible for the execution of the Program-specific work assigned to the PET, as well as internally funded initiatives for Product enhancement. The Product Manager’s roles are similar to those of the Program Manager, with key PL responsibilities including:
As the Program Manager for this product line, you will oversee program execution and internally funded efforts to enhance the product. Your responsibilities include:
Leading a cross-functional team with a program scope exceeding $50M
Meeting all program-level orders, sales, profit, and cash commitments
Driving technical quality, schedule, and cost performance
Supporting proposal development, INAR, EPP, and contract negotiations
Reporting status, risks, and issues accurately and promptly to senior leadership
Identifying and managing program risks and implementing corrective actions
Communicating effectively with executives, customers, and suppliers
Managing supplier relationships and subcontract performance
Balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Program Leadership of cross-functional team with scope > $50M, with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance
• Experience working DOD contracts as well as international DCS contracts
• Experience with Proposals (proposal prep, INAR, EPP, and/or negotiations)
• Strong problem solving skills, with experience in root cause/corrective action
• Must set a clear example with their program team and provide clear and timely direction in support of contract requirements
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
• EVMS and CAM experience
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience managing complex domestic and international defense programs
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in development and production environments
Familiarity with radar systems or related defense technologies (e.g., TPY-4, FPS-117, TPS-77, MRR)
Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and root cause analysis
Strong business acumen with experience meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance goals
Experience in proposal development and supporting capture efforts
Knowledge of aftermarket support and sustainment program management
PMP certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
