Job Responsibilities
Description:Seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manager to lead our Marietta Airworthiness team, responsible for ensuring the airworthiness certification, flight clearances, and continued airworthiness of various aircraft programs, including AMMM (C-5, C-130, P-3) and Marietta ADP. The successful candidate will also serve as the Head of Airworthiness Support Group (HSG) Lead for European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR) projects.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and experienced systems engineer with strong leadership skills, able to lead a team through all phases of development on an ADP program. You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with leadership on both the customer and supplier side. This role stands out as an opportunity to work on a high-impact program, and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about systems engineering and eager to make a difference.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working with either FAA/NAVAIR/USAF
customers.
- Experience with leadership and management.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, as this position requires a government security clearance. Additionally, this position is located at a facility that requires special access, and candidates must be eligible to obtain the necessary clearance and access.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
