You will be the Test Engineer Associate Manager responsible for leading Test Engineering activities on multiple programs including Apache, Sniper and F35.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineer Associate Manager, you will be responsible for
• Leading the team that conducts failure analysis activities, yield trending, software and hardware change maintenance, corrective action development and implementation, capital project planning and execution.
• Responsible for performance management of Test Engineers deployed within the assigned mission areas.
• Assists Test Engineering site lead in talent selection, determining department personnel work assignments, and execution of functional initiatives.
• Coaches and mentors junior engineers within the department.
• Contributes to the execution of Test Engineering tasks as required to meet program and department objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college.

Experience in electrical manufacturing test processes, project planning, presenting to senior leadership, and demonstrated project management skills.

Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and therefore must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
4+ years experience in an Engineering Discipline.

Experienced production Test Engineer.

Demonstrated leadership characteristics.

Experience participating in talent recruitment and/or development.

Experience functioning as a formal or informal lead responsible for assigning daily work assignments of subordinate or peer engineers.

Demonstrated project management skills.

Familiar with MPM LINK, APRISO, SAP, COTS test equipment, and common test and automation software packages.

Greenbelt trained and/or certified.

Familiarity with electronic components and common electronic test equipment.

Ability to interpret test requirements and electrical test results.

Ability to conduct detailed failure analysis and develop and implement root cause corrective actions.

Previous experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and National Instrument LabWindows CVI and TestStand is desired.

Ability to manage a team of Test Engineers

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
