Description:

You will be the Contractor Technical Support (CTS) Representative for the Sniper Typhoon Sustainment Team. Our team partners with the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) to keep the Sniper ATP system and its support equipment operating at peak performance, delivering world class training, troubleshooting, and sustainment expertise from Orlando, FL to Taif, Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Be Doing
As the CTS Representative you will be responsible for delivering hands on maintenance, diagnostic, and pilot training support that drives RSAF self sufficiency with the Sniper system. You’ll serve as the technical liaison between Lockheed Martin, the manufacturer’s plant, and the end user, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the program.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Perform organizational level maintenance, fault isolation, diagnostics, and repairs per Technical Orders (TOs), Time Compliance TOs (TCTOs), and Country Standard TOs (CSTOs).
• Provide on site, on equipment OJT for RSAF personnel covering installation, routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of the Sniper ATP system and associated support gear.
• Deliver pilot and maintenance crew training, emphasizing safety and best practice techniques.
• Analyze recurring maintenance issues, recommend and help implement inspection and training programs to raise maintenance quality.
• Serve as the primary conduit for technical information from the manufacturer’s plant to RSAF operators and maintainers.
• Instruct RSAF on interpreting Commodity Manuals and CSTOs, ensuring accurate application of technical data.
• Prepare monthly activity reports, deficiency reports, and support Program Management Reviews and on site activation/facilities assessments.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite to create clear, concise documentation and communications.
• Obtain and maintain required security clearance and pass the overseas assignment physical.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This position is in Orlando, FL.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-Able and willing to deploy for 12 months to Taif, Saudi Arabia
-Proven customer interface skills; must be able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with the customer.
-Proficient in using Microsoft office
-Current final secret clearance.
-Good computer skills
-Experience troubleshooting complex systems
-Detailed working knowledge of support equipment inclusive of fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair
-Detailed understanding of organizational level maintenance preferably on Sniper
Desired Skills:
-Prior CTS experience
-Sniper experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
