Description:
You will be the Contractor Technical Support (CTS) Representative for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Sniper Typhoon Sustainment team. Our team delivers post production logistics, depot level repair, and sustainment services from the Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) facility in Riyhd, Saudi Arabia, ensuring the Typhoon Sniper fleet stays mission ready under a Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contract.
What You Will Be Doing
As the CTS Representative you will lead the Saudi based logistics organization, oversee daily operations of the AEC maintenance and repair depot, and drive projects to meet contract requirements, schedule, and budget. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between the customer, senior leadership, and the depot crew, applying Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) principles to inspire performance and accountability.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Direct daily activities of the depot level repair facility, ensuring compliance with MFC policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage facility, supply chain, property, and transportation functions to support Sniper ATP maintenance and calibration.
• Provide technical guidance on Sniper test equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration to both customer and internal teams.
• Communicate depot performance, vision, and expectations clearly to leadership, the RSAF, and team members.
• Foster collaborative relationships that respect Saudi cultural norms and strengthen the customer partnership.
• Lead and mentor a multicultural workforce, empowering individuals while holding them accountable for results.
• Oversee budget execution, cost control, and contract deliverables to ensure on time, on spec project completion.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all depot activities.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This position is in Orlando, FL.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-Able and willing to deploy for 12 to 60 months to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
-Proven customer interface skills; must be able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with the customer.
-Proficient in using Microsoft office
-Current final secret clearance.
-Good computer skills
-Experience troubleshooting complex systems
-Detailed working knowledge of support equipment inclusive of fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair
-Detailed understanding of organizational level maintenance preferably on Sniper
Desired Skills:
-Prior CTS experience
-Sniper experience
-Test Equipment Troubleshooting/Repair/Calibration Experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
