Job Responsibilities
Description:
You will be the Intelligence Analyst for the Security Risk Operations Team. Our team is responsible for conducting a wide variety of support to the Counterintelligence, Investigations, Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management, and Executive Protection teams.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) gathering and analysis, documenting the findings of Threat Management Team conventions, and conducting professional judgment assessments on Subjects of workplace violence. You will also be responsible for gathering relevant facts and data by conducting OSINT, interviews, collecting documents and other evidence, and analyzing data to draw conclusions supported by the facts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting OSINT gathering and analysis on all investigative subjects
- Documenting the findings of Threat Management Team conventions
- Conducting professional judgment assessments on Subjects of workplace violence
- Gathering relevant facts and data by conducting OSINT, interviews, collecting documents and other evidence
- Analyzing data to draw conclusions supported by the facts

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
*Analytical and investigative experience with a background in employee or labor relations, law enforcement, or other related investigatory or intelligence community experience.
*Must be a self-starter with proven skills and impeccable ethical standards
* 1+ years of experience conducting Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) reports or comprehensive biographical workups
*Candidate should maintain a well-established liaison in the law enforcement, professional agencies and intelligence communities.
*Must be well versed with legal issues as they relate to investigations and threat management including applicable state and federal statues
*Candidate must be capable of interpreting specific government policies and procedures relating to the field such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
*Well defined interviewing and organizational skills are essential
*Willingness to travel on short notice
*Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
*2+ years of related experience in investigations and/or intelligence analysis
*Experience with Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management theories and principals, experience/member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP)
*Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, or related field.
*Demonstrated ability to verbally articulate complex issues to a broad variety of audiences.
*Ability to use complex analytical tools to draw conclusions and develop defensive responses.
*Team oriented, but able to work independently
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
