You will be the Logistics Support Engineer for the IRST LSE Depot Operations team. Our team is responsible for providing sustainment program support, including integration, comprehensive logistics, and sustainment plan creation, to ensure the lifecycle success of our products.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Development, Production, and Sustainment activities, ensuring seamless execution of program requirements. You will serve as a key interface between cross-functional teams, including ILS, production repair operations, procurement, and engineering, to drive program success.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and tracking risks and opportunities across the program
• Facilitating IMS updates and milestone selection and tracking
• Reviewing and approving repair and rework requirements using various tools and analysis techniques
• Ensuring contract and schedule requirements are met
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute roles and responsibilities
• Supporting Depot standup activities and contract data deliverables

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements, maintain and deliver GFE hardware, tooling, and support equipment
• Ability to track, submit, and report contractual data deliverables
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
Desired Skills:
• Depot or Repair Operations Experience
• Ability to research & interpret technical requirements including engineering or similar work instructions
• Experience with management and use of Tooling and Test Equipment
•Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
• Familiar with MFC Asset Management System (AMS)
• Experience interacting with management and customers
• Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
