Program Management, Principal - Level 6
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive analysis and research in areas including industry, infrastructure, technology, geography, and vulnerability assessments, with a focus on both classified and open-source information.
What You Will Be Doing:
The candidate will develop and maintain intelligence community relationships primarily but not limited to the big five agencies and will work both title 10 and title 50 mission and analytical teams to meet evolving requirements and optimize operations, align government and industry interest and fill in gaps of intelligence for both industry and government customers utilizing a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
The candidate will support a variety of Cross Business area programs, capabilities, technologies and functions, offering security support and collaborating cross-functionally. Responsibilities will include:
*Conducting threat reviews and vulnerability assessments.
*Supporting key Intelligence Community SME meetings on various technologies, special mission sets and customer related opportunities and challenges.
*Delivering risk-managed, business-focused IC solutions.
*Providing LM key leaders with insightful, timely and vetted intelligence that aligns Lockheed Martin to the Intelligence Community with shared situational awareness and knowledge.
*Coordinating with local, state, federal (CONUS & OCONUS) IC agencies within title 10 and title 50 organizations.
*Coordinating with local, state, federal law enforcement agencies.
*Managing and coordinating multiple Intelligence Community meetings, SVTC, VOICE, VOIP at multiple levels (SAP, SAR, STO, SCI) etc.
*Maintain appropriate level of network accounts active required for continuous communications with appropriate IC organizations. (SIPR/JWICs/COAN/SIC/others as required).
The role will require domestic and occasional international travel to support Intelligence Community initiatives. The candidate will provide Intelligence for business development, S&T and Engineering senior leaders, ongoing program operations, expatriates, travelers, local/third-country national employees, and other services aligned with LM Global Security & Emergency Services strategy, vision, and mission.
Collaboration with other Lockheed Martin security managers and subject matter experts is essential. The candidate will also be expected to respond to security incidents, minimizing the impact to Lockheed Martin employees and operations at any time of day.
In this role, the candidate will communicate clear, analytical, and persuasive reports, observations, and recommendations to department leadership and enterprise business partners. Additionally, the candidate will establish and nurture strong internal and external relationships that support the safety and security of personnel, information, operations, and assets worldwide.
Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience leading a multifaceted organization as a lead.
Past leadership experience in military operations, operational tempo, and meeting customer senior leader’s needs and priorities.
Experience presenting complex issues to multi-level audiences of Company and Government.
Understanding of aviation ops, military ops, flight ops, maintenance, UAS, manned systems, and principles of operation/integration.
Experience building alliances to form strong, effective teams across various government and internal stakeholders.
Experience in diagnostics, determining root cause and corrective actions.
Experiencing coordinating the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams.
Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience and familiarity with US military and IC doctrine, tactics, operations, and policies & procedures.
Prior experience working with USG customer representatives is a plus.
Prior military service leading operational activities.
Ability to build alliances to form strong, effective teams.
Proficient in the ability to diagnose and determine root causes on operational / human systems and develop corrective actions.
Ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction from senior management but with an understanding of program vision and culture to facilitate coordinated direction.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Demonstrated commitment to develop, drive, and manage programs in a highly competitive market and shown an ability to provide vision leading to future program opportunities.
Previous experience leading a multifaceted organization as a leader is required.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
