Description:You will be the Senior Quality Program Manager for the Apache Sensors team. Our team is responsible for leading all aspects of quality for Apache Sensors programs, ensuring successful quality execution for all products.
What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin (LM) is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Program Manager (QPM) to lead all aspects of quality for the Apache Sensors programs based in Orlando, FL.
As the Senior Quality Program Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the quality team, providing strategic leadership, and driving quality execution across programs. Your responsibilities will include:
•Establishing the quality team structure, providing strategic leadership and ensuring the successful quality execution for all Apache Sensors products.
•The QPM will be expected to operate with a OneLM mindset and work seamlessly across traditional functional, line of business (LOB) and business area (BA) silos.
•Liaise between programs, manufacturing sites across LM and the supply base
•Liaise between program and customer(s) to ensure compliance to requirements
•Develop and implement processes to establish Quality requirements (common and unique), optimize program •execution while driving out risks
Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to ensure quality standards are in place
•Establish key performance metrics and conduct data analysis to identify process improvements
•Identify solutions to complex problems using root cause and corrective/preventive action tools

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance prior to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-Technical Engineering degree at the Bachelor level or above in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
-Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
-Ability to travel
-Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming material in Aerospace industry, including previous or current Material Review Board Quality Engineering authority
-Effective presentation skills, ability to develop messages, training and compelling strategies resulting in diverse teams implementing and executing new solutions
-Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with other functions, programs and internal/external customers
Desired Skills:
-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
-ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and / or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
-Advanced AS9100, AS9102 and TS 16949 interpretation and application experience
-Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) technical experience
-Experienced in Bid, Proposal and Estimating practices and development of Quality Assurance --Basis of Estimates (BOE)
-Earned Value Management System Cost Account Manager (EVMS CAM)
-Familiar with requirements for handling and control of Government Furnished
-Equipment/Property during field, ground or operational tests
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
