What does this role look like?
Lockheed Martin's Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program in Silverdale, WA has an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Support Team Member Associate.
You will report to the Associate Manager of Warehouse Operations, and assist manage multiple inventories to support production and maintenance at SWFPAC (Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific).
In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
• Support the Building Group Lead and building officer with ordnance transfers, material stocks, issuance and inventory verification
• Support areas within the supply chain organization, HAZMAT CHRIMP center, inventory control, property, material planning and procurement
• Assist with property custodian duties for the management of government furnished and government owned equipment
• Process requests, provide status on material deliveries and order material for production requirements
• Track work center inventories
• Issue and dispose of HAZMAT
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Provide Material support to various customers while working in a fast paced warehouse
environment
• Use multiple data systems to plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or stockroom to production and other locations in support of contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and other warehouse organizations to generate/process
material and service requests as required
• Analyze material and turn ins, processing items as required
Please note that this position does NOT support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Silverdale, WA, and will be expected to work in the office. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
• Associate's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Supply, Warehouse Logistics, or Procurement experience (such as ordering parts, tracking material, inventory management, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HAZMAT handling and storage procedures and associated equipment.
• Working knowledge of property management procedures and policies.
• Working knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures.
• You will need to be a US Citizen (no dual citizens), and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
• The successful candidate will have experience in Supply, Warehouse Logistics, or Procurement.
• Experience working in a Missile Production
Environment
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP
• Experience using Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for storage and handling of HAZMAT
• Experience with Hazardous Material Storage Compatibility
• Experience working with Limited Shelf-Life Material (LSLM)
• Experience managing Government Owned or Government Furnished Equipment
• Familiarity with Ordnance transfer requirements
• Stockroom inventory management experience, i.e. material issuance, stock, shipment, and verification.
• Able to work flexible hours and schedules to meet the groups workload and mission
• Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and organized
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Has a current Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $49,700 - $87,515. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
