Description:The Operations and Maintenance Senior Manager position at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) will report to the SWFPAC Resident Director and will have leadership responsibility for estimated 75 employees.

This Senior Manager is responsible for the Missile Support and Services Warehouse which includes material products and services including receiving, shipping, Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP), stockroom, procurement, government acquisition, property, material planning, and sales completion. The Sr manager also leads the Equipment and Vehicle maintenance groups responsible for integrating requirements, schedules and performing maintenance of vehicles and material handling equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance for support equipment, static weight test, and equipment alterations and refurbishments. Responsibilities include safety, mission success for technical and schedule objectives, leadership, and team building, and developing and maintaining customer interfaces. These groups are responsible for maintaining accountability for Government Furnished Materials and processes in accordance with government regulations and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.

• 5+ years in lead/supervisor role and/or L coded position.
Full Spectrum Leadership skills as described in Specific Job Description.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including working with, speaking to and presenting briefings to various levels of employees, management, and customer.

• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance. Cannot be a dual citizen. Interim Secret required at start.
Desired Skills:
• Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS) and data systems related to property/material management is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage organizational budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of contract requirements and deliverables.
• Experience with Fleet Ballistic Missile Programs (FBM) and/or Strategic and Missile Defense Systems (SMD) is strongly desired.
• Familiarity with SSC and FBM specific command media.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend sound/effective problem resolutions with clear and concise direction for effective/timely execution of directives.
• LM21 Black or Green Belt trained.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $124,900 - $220,225. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
