About Archana
Archana or “Arch,” is the Technical Assistant to the Office of the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Executive Vice President (EVP) Stephanie Hill. She’s responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the EVP office and overseeing the executive business rhythm.
Arch holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University. She joined Lockheed Martin in 2015 and previously worked as the Senior Program Manager supporting the down-select win of the CH-53K Israel campaign. Her background consists of serving as program manager for the Presidential Helicopter Modernization and holding positions of increasing responsibility at Dealer Tire, where she helped launch its operations in Canada. Archana is an experienced leader with a proven track record of solving complex problems, building productive relationships, and driving team success across the aerospace and automotive sectors. Arch shares why she enjoys her career, “I love working with the talented people at Lockheed Martin every single day. I get to push my own boundaries, challenge myself every day to learning something new and delivering value to our customers.”
Arch is actively involved in various diversity and inclusion business resource groups across Lockheed Martin, including the Professional Asian American Network (PAAN) and Women’s Impact Network (WIN). She also takes an active role in mentoring junior employees. Arch loves traveling, Indian classical music, and cooking. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and children, who often end up as her taste-testing guinea pigs.
