Meet Brandon - Program Manager, F-35 Global Sustainment

About Brandon

Brandon works as a Program Manager for F-35 Global Sustainment overseeing the capture of new business at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas.

He started with the company as part of the College Work Experience Program at the University of Central Florida (UCF). "Lockheed Martin allowed me to embrace challenging problems and bring forward my own solutions. I have been encouraged to think outside of the box. That has allowed me to gain a great amount of experience and participate in amazing opportunities that have allowed me to grow my career," said Brandon.

In his previous role as a Senior Contracts Negotiator for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in the Lower Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense Sector located in Dallas, Texas, Brandon was responsible for the International Line of Business for PAC-3 with a focus on Japan and Poland. Brandon was also responsible for new business capture for the Lower Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense Line of Business for Lockheed Martin MFC, focusing on International Direct Commercial Sales.

Before moving to the Missiles and Fire Control Contracts organization, Brandon was a Senior Contracts Negotiator for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics on the F-35 Global Sustainment Program in Fort Worth, Texas. He negotiated contracts with the US Department of Defense's Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. Notably, Brandon was part of the team that created a Heads of Agreement for Sovereign Sustainment of Australia's F-35's in a Direct Commercial Sale environment, the first of its kind for Australia and the F-35 program.

Brandon also serves on the Lockheed Martin PRIDE Business Resource Group (BRG) Leadership Council overseeing International expansion to all countries in which Lockheed Martin operates. On September 5th, 2019, he launched Lockheed Martin's first-ever International ERG in Australia and New Zealand. Brandon remains steadfast in ensuring Lockheed Martin is at the forefront of diversity and inclusion around the world.

"I truly learn something new every day, and every day I get to solve new challenges. It always keeps me on my toes. My favorite part of my job is when I get to see the photos of the brave individuals of the armed forces returning home to their families. I'm thankful to work for a company that puts those individuals first, and we never forget who we are working for as they serve our country."
