At Lockheed Martin, I can break the communication barrier while repairing aircraft that break the sound barrier. Here, being deaf is an advantage, not a disability – my teammates taught me that. After seeing me complete repairs no one else could, the learned Sign Language phrases to make sure I never miss an opportunity. Here, I can do anything.
