Our "Diverse Perspectives: Emerging Technologies and Operating Concepts in Industry" virtual fireside chat featuring Rotary and Mission Systems Vice President of Enterprise Technologies, Sue Huelster, and other Lockheed Martin engineers, was held on Oct. 27. Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems hosted “Diverse Perspectives: The Interview Experience” Jan. 12 to provide jobseekers with insider insight into the interview process at Lockheed Martin. Nearly 200 participants joined the Zoom session, which included a presentation on behavioral interview tips and the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method. A panel discussion, featuring an early career professional, an experienced professional and a recruiting leader, plus an engaging Q&A session followed.
