Responsibilities:

• Perform contracts management functions, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration.
• Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities.
• Serve as the authorized, empowered representative for the Company, building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives.
• Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns.
• Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions.
• Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance.
