At Lockheed Martin, we have implemented flexible working schedules and time off to allow our employees to work and recharge in a way that works for their lifestyle. We believe this helps each one us to perform with excellence to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
We grant our employees 40 hours at the beginning of each year, one week end-of-year holiday shutdown, 3 weeks of PTO, and flexible work hours. This flexibility accounts for over 2 months of time for yourself, your family, or your friends.
