This position will support the F-35 Sustainment Item Management, specifically the Structural Make Parts Team. Successful candidate will serve as the Lead reporting to the F-35 Field Sales Support System Engineering Manager. Subject individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the team to ensure successful delivery of commitments as well as representing the F-35 Field Sales Support System Engineering Manager as the voice of Supply collaboration across Supply Operations and Logistics team to lead key initiatives to closure.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring spares are distributed to meet Operational Fleet requirements and replenishment, replacement of parts required for aircraft modification for spares and consumables. Supports both Flight Test and Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing execution of the following but not limited to:
- Statusing the customer and management on Supply demands
- Ensuring Provisioning/Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) requirements are in place to receive assets - Providing Ops Center input to performance metrics
- Maintaining accurate Ops Center Records of Requirements
- Acting as liaison between multiple organizations but not limited to SCM/ Engineering/ CAMs/ Supply Readiness/ DQIM/ Identifies customer's system needs and responds to requests for proposals; performs feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, Lines of Balances etc.; develops appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepares and presents technical product information to customers. Post-installation and implementation responsibilities include technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to problems.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 6 years experience in the absence of a degree

• Communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with other teams and stakeholders

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.

• Experience with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc. assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers; prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.

• Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
