As part of this initiative, the 1LMX Integrated Testing Team under the 1LMX Deployment and Integration Center of Excellence (CoE) is hiring a Test Automation Associate Manager. This role will report to the Senior Manager of 1LMX Automated Testing.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the 1LMX Test Automation Asc Manager, you will lead a team of test automation engineers, providing resource management, project planning, and technical guidance and oversight. You will be responsible for execution of automated test plans for 1LMX and will lead automated testing during 1LMX integrated test cycles. You will also support automated testing at the portfolio/product level. Additionally, you will coordinate w/ the Automation COE on technical baselines, best practices, and surge support.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This is a remote position, but requires being located in Puerto Rico. Due to program requirements, this role necessitates US Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with IT systems test cycle planning, coordination, execution, and/or reporting
• Familiarity with test tools and technologies
• Demonstrated full spectrum leadership competencies
• Experience with one or more of the following languages: Python, Visual Basic (VB script), Java
• Conceptual knowledge of DevOps best practices
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in organization skills
• Experience with Agile project delivery
• US Citizenship is required due to program requirements
Desired Skills:
• Experience in the following test automation frameworks: Tosca, Robot, Selenium, Unified Functional Test, etc
• Strong drive and initiative (self-starter)
• Prior Full-Spectrum Leadership experience
• Experience with keyword-based test automation development
• Conceptual knowledge of containerization techniques using Docker
• Experience with cross-quadrant testing: user facing tests, functional testing, unit testing, scalability testing
• Experience with Configuration Management
• Experience with Mobility Testing
• Experience with Systems Verification
• Experience with Test Procedure Development
• Ability to team in a virtual setting
• Strong presentation skills to varied audiences at multiple levels

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
