Description:We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a skilled leader to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will have the chance to lead our Central Procurement Electrical Expediting team, playing a key role in the expansion of our expediting team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. As a leader in this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the team to achieve its goals and objectives.

Position will be virtual with some onsite presence
required, subject to change at any time

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply
Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of managing and leading
projects/ teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and
collaboration skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
