Who You Are

You are a proven leader with a deep understanding of operations analysis and modeling & simulation. You thrive in complex, multi-disciplinary environments and are adept at bringing collaborative teams together toward a shared mission.

You bring:

• An interest in innovative applications of current and emerging capabilities into the existing OA processes to identify areas of improvement.

• Background in modeling and simulation techniques for military systems and scenarios.

• Experience leading virtual and geographically dispersed teams.

• Ability to develop and apply MOEs to assess mission outcomes.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, presence, and composure when engaging senior leaders.
