We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Analyst to join our Year One Experience Team in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will directly impact the experience of thousands of employees, from interns to executives, by creating a seamless, welcoming, and engaging onboarding journey. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Contingent Non-Employee (CNE) workforce, ensuring all new hires and partners feel connected to Lockheed Martin’s mission, culture, and values.

What You Will Be Doing

As the HR Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth, positive transition for employees and Contingent Non-Employees (CNEs) while driving initiatives that elevate the overall onboarding experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming employees prior to their start date, assisting with questions and pre-onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions to engage new hires, rehires, and transfers.
  • Administer Day-1 logistics for contingent non-employees (CNEs) and respond to sponsor inquiries regarding contract relationship changes.
  • Execute Homeland Security requirements, including I-9 and eVerify procedures.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across business functions to ensure onboarding content is current and impactful.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Demonstrated ability and experience as a facilitator or presenter
• Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/solutions, e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, etc
Desired Skills:
• At least three years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Prior HR Operations experience with onboarding, applicant tracking systems such as Kenexa/BrassRing, processing I-9/ eVerify
• Strong communication skills both oral and written and customer service orientation
• Project experience, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results
• Continuous Improvement Training/Mindset
• Change Management Training/Experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Passion for enhancing the employee experience and driving continuous improvement

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
